Ordering and refunds

ORDER PROCESS:-

You cant order and pay directly on this site. There are so many reasons for this, but mostly its because I am a manufacturer not a shop. I manufacture in batches, and I dont want your money until the kit is ready to ship.

If you want a kit(s) then please order using the contact page. Please let me know what you wish to order and what country you are in. (so I can calculate shipping and customs).

I will then get back to you with a quote via email, with price broken down into kit cost, shipping and customs fees (if applicable).

If you wish to go ahead, I will need your address and phone number to create an order within my manufacturing process. You will get an order confirmation via email but this holds you to nothing – it is simply reserving a kit for you in the next batch I make.

Batch manufacture timing varies with product but batches are typically made every 4 to 6 weeks. So depends where I am in that cycle how long it takes.

PAYMENT:-

When the order is ready to ship I will send you a PayPal invoice. You can pay that with a credit card without having a PayPal account. ALL PAYMENT SECURITY IS WITHIN THE PAYPAL SYSTEM.

If your situation has changed since ordering, then you can change your mind and not pay the invoice. No problem – I will cancel the order and someone else will buy the kit.

If you are in the UK you can pay by BACS if you would prefer, but no cheques or cash.

I will ship within 5 days of receiving payment. I tend to go to the post office twice a week.

for International Payments I use Duty-Paid customs services wherever possible.

REFUNDS:–

Once I have shipped it, If you change your mind then you can return the product intact and I will refund you once I get it back. Typically we are talking about International shipping so I allow much longer than the 14 day EU deadline.

There are a gazillion laws around refunds. The latest EU edict wishes me to jump through hoops, but the ordering process is a manual system. So for practical purposes, electronic tracking of your order, and refunds are all under the control of PayPal’s processes, with the assistance of PayPal’s dispute resolution protocol if needed.

As long as the product is intact when it is returned I will refund you. Obviously if you have started making the kit, return is impossible, and requesting a refund would be unreasonable.

The product is my responsibility until it is delivered. So if the shipping carrier fails to deliver I will refund you. This is extremely rare.

I think that covers it!
